To make the flavoured butter: Place butter in a mixing bowl. Stir in McCormick Grill Mates Slow & Low Smokin Texas BBQ Rub and coriander. Alternatively, use a food processor to combine butter, rub and coriander.
Spoon the mixture along the edge of a piece of plastic wrap. Roll tightly to form a uniform log shape, twisting the ends to enclose. Refrigerate until firm .
Preheat BBQ or grill plate to high heat. Season steak with McCormick salt and pepper. Cook steaks 3 minutes each side (depending on the size of your steaks) for medium or until cooked to your liking. Set aside to rest for 10 minutes before serving with slices of flavoured butter and seasoned fries.
