Directions
Whisk marinade, oil and lime juice in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons for basting. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat.
Marinate 15 minutes in refrigerator, or longer for more flavour. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill chicken over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of grilling. Serve chicken with grilled vegetables of your choice and lime wedges.
