Be Creative

  • For a uniquely Australian curry, fry 650 g of combined diced sweet potato and cauliflower in a little oil with McCormick Australian Native Wild Rosella Curry Spice Mix, add 400 g can drained chickpeas, 400 g can diced tomato and 2 cups (500 mL) vegetable stock. Simmer until tender and finish with ΒΌ cup of cream. Chicken or seafood can be substituted for a portion of the vegetables in this dish.
  • Rub McCormick Australian Native Wild Rosella Curry Spice Mix over both sides of 500 g of protein of your choice. BBQ or pan fry in a lightly greased pan over a MEDIUM- HIGH heat until cooked through.
