Directions
  1. Coat brisket with rub and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Remove plastic from chicken and BBQ or GRILL ribs over indirect low heat with lid closed for 2 hours or until tender, turning occasionally to avoid burning.
  3. Remove beef from BBQ. Stand 20 minutes covered in foil. Slice and serve.
