Chinese Style Chilli & Garlic Stir-fry

Ingredients
  • 600 g beef stir-fry strips
  • 3 tbsp salt free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp McCormick Cayenne Pepper Ground
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 x 125 g can of baby corn, drained
  • 1 ½ cups (100 g) sugar snap peas
  • 1 red capsicum, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 bunch coriander, trimmed and finely chopped
  • To Serve:
  • Steamed rice
  • Fresh Coriander
Directions
  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, cornflour, McCormick Season All Garlic and McCormick Cayenne Pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a wok or large deep frying pan with oil until smoking. Add beef and toss for 1-2 minutes, add capsicums, baby corn and sugar snap peas and toss for 2-3 minutes until beef and vegetables are cooked.
  3. Serve with steamed rice and top with coriander.
