Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Scatter the popcorn and Brazil nuts in a single layer.
In a small saucepan, combine butter, sugar and glucose. Stir over low heat and bring to a boil. Cook, shaking saucepan occasionally, for 5 minutes until the mixture turns a deep caramel colour. Working quickly, add soda, salt and McCormick Spices, stirring to combine.
Immediately tip the hot caramel mixture over the popcorn and Brazil nuts, stir to coat evenly.
Set aside to cool completely before breaking up into chunks to serve.
You can substitute almonds or add your favourite nuts to this irresistible snack.
