Ingredients

• 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
• 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
• 1/3 cup (80mL) extra virgin olive oil
• 4 fresh Thai bird's eye chilies, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tsp (10mL) lemon juice
• 1 tsp McCormick Coriander Seeds Ground
• 1 tsp McCormick Cumin Seeds Ground
• 1/2 tsp McCormick Cardamom Ground
• 1/2 tsp McCormick Adjustable Grinder Black Peppercorns
• 1/2 tsp McCormick Adjustable Grinder Sea Salt
