Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced). Mix yellow and red capsicum, onion, McCormick Coriander Ground and ½ tablespoon (10mL) oil in a large baking dish.
Combine McCormick Coriander Leaves, Chilli Flakes, Garlic, Paprika, Lemon Pepper Seasoning, lemon juice and remaining 1 tablespoon (20mL) oil in a bowl and season with McCormick Sea Salt. Add chicken drumsticks and toss to coat thoroughly, place chicken drumsticks in the baking tray over vegetables.
Cook in oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

For a milder option, reduce Chilli &/or Lemon Pepper to 1/4 - 1/2 tsp.
