Directions
  1. Place all marinade ingredients into a large baking tray, stir to combine, add ribs and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Preheat oven 160°C (140°C fan forced). Remove cover from tray and bake for 2-3 hours, turning ribs occasionally until ribs are tender.
  3. Preheat barbecue or chargrill over medium-high heat. Barbecue/ grill ribs, regularly turning and brushing with leftover glazed marinade from baking tray. Until lightly charred and sticky.
Recipe Tip

Try beef, lamb or chicken ribs with this marinade, cooking times will vary between types of meat used. Chicken ribs will be cooked in approximately 20 minutes, while beef and lamb will be similar to the pork cooking times.
