  1. Place potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain potatoes well, return to pan and mash until smooth. Add recipe base, butter and milk then stire until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve as a side to your main meal or as a tasty snack.
Recipe Tip

Any leftovers can be frozen and reheated for another time.
