Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potato

5 medium (1 Kg) potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 x 40 g sachet
McCormick Sour Cream & Chive Potato Mash Recipe Base
1 tbsp (20 g) butter
½ cup (125 mL) full cream milk
Place potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Drain potatoes well, return to pan and mash until smooth. Add recipe base, butter and milk then stir until smooth and creamy.
Serve as a side to your main meal or as a tasty snack.
Any leftovers can be frozen and reheated for another time.
