  1. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan over MED-HIGH heat. Brown lamb shanks then add into slow cooker insert pot with carrots and celery.
  2. Mix McCormick Slow Cookers Garlic & Herb Lamb Shanks Recipe Base with crushed tomatoes and pour over lamb and vegetables.
  3. Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
  4. Serve with fresh rosemary and your choice of suggested sides.
