  1. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan over MED-HIGH heat. Brown beef then add into slow cooker insert pot with potatoes.
  2. Mix McCormick Slow Cookers Roast Beef with Onion Gravy Recipe Base with ¾ cup (180 mL) water then pour over beef and potatoes.
  3. Cover and cook for 6 hours on HIGH or 10 hours on LOW (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
  4. Serve with fresh parsley and your choice of suggested sides.
Recipe Tip

Create a rich pasta sauce by adding tomato passata to remaining gravy and shredded beef, heat and serve over pasta.
