Spray a large non-stick frying pan with spray oil and brown sausages over a medium heat. Remove and set aside to cool slightly. Add the onions to the pan and cook for 2 minutes or until caramelised. Add McCormick Curried Sausages Recipe Base and 1 cup (250 mL) water stirring well to combine.
Slice the sausages into bite sized pieces and return to the pan, bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add peas and cream and continue cooking for a further 5 minutes.
Serve with your choice of rice or mashed potato.
