In a medium saucepan, whisk the recipe base and milk together until combined. Add cauliflower and cook stirring occasionally over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes, or until mixture thickens.
Reduce heat to a simmer and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
Serve with fresh parsley as a side to your main meal or as a tasty snack.
For a golden cheesy topping, spoon cauliflower mixture into an ovenproof dish and top with ¼ cup breadcrumbs and 1 cup grated cheese then bake in a preheated oven (200 °C) for 10 minutes.
