Baked almond & curry chicken wings

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp KEEN'S Traditional Curry Powder
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 kg chicken wings, tips removed
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 180℃
  2. In a large bowl mix together the ground almonds, breadcrumbs and KEEN’S curry powder.
  3. Mix together the egg and milk in a medium bowl. Place the flour in another bowl.
  4. Dust the chicken wings in the flour, dip in the egg wash and coat well with the almond crumb mix.
  5. Place on an oven tray lined with baking paper and cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Mix together the yoghurt and mint and serve with the cooked chicken wings.
