  1. Cut each hard-boiled egg in half lengthways.
  2. Scoop out the egg yolk and place into a bowl with the KEEN’S Curry Powder, yoghurt and chives. Mix together well and season to taste with McCormick Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
  3. Spoon the egg mix back into the boiled egg halves, garnish with chives.
Recipe Tip

Be prepared! Cook your eggs the day before serving. Combine yolks with other filling ingredients and store in an air-tight container and refrigerate. Also keep egg whites sealed in an air-tight container and refrigerate. Fill egg whites with filling when ready to serve.
