  1. Heat oil in a large pan and cook onions over a low heat for 30 minutes until caramelised. Add the brown sugar, KEEN’S mustard powder, mustard seeds and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and cook for a further 15 minutes.
  2. Place relish into sterilised jars.
  3. Serving suggestion: Serve with steaks, crispy roasted chicken or salmon cutlets.
