  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine flour, KEEN’S mustard powder, parmesan cheese, onion, dill, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Rub the butter into the flour blend until it resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in milk until just combined and spoon into muffin trays.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
