Ingredients
  • 1/2 tbsp canola oil
  • 250g skinless chicken breast fillets, sliced
  • 2 tsp KEEN'S Mustard Powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup Chopped mixed vegetables (beans, carrot, broccoli)
  • 1/4 cup lite cream
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
Directions
  1. Heat oil in large fry pan over a high heat and brown chicken.
  2. Combine KEEN’S mustard powder, water and cream then pour into pan.
  3. Stir in vegetables and honey, bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently until chicken is cooked.

Serving suggestion: Serve with steamed rice or pasta.
