Kransky with red cabbage slaw

Ingredients
  • Kransky
  • 4 Kransky sausages
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp KEEN'S Mustard Powder
  • 4 bread rolls
  • McCormick Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Coleslaw
  • 1/4 red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp KEEN'S Mustard Powder
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup McCormick Parsley Leaves
  • 5 radishes, thinly sliced, cut in to matchsticks
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 180℃
  2. In a large bowl mix together all the coleslaw ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Heat a BBQ or a grill plate to medium/high. Brush with the oil and cook the kransky for 5-10 minutes until warmed through.
  4. In a bowl mix together the cheese, KEEN’S mustard powder and one tablespoon of water.
  5. Spread evenly between the bread rolls. Place in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  6. Top each bread roll with a kransky and coleslaw.

Serving suggestion: Serve with extra mustard.
