  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Prepare the ham by slicing the skin off of the top of the ham (do not remove the fat underneath). Score the top of the ham in a criss-cross pattern cutting approx 1cm into the fat.
  3. Mix together the KEEN’S mustard powder, maple syrup and pepper to form a paste and brush half of the mixture onto the top of the ham. Cover ham with foil.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Baste the ham with the leftover syrup and place back into the oven for another 30 minutes. Repeat the basting every 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil 30 minutes before removing from the oven and let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Recipe Tip

Serving suggestion: Serve with baked cherry tomatoes and garnish with rosemary.
