  1. Combine lamb mince, breadcrumbs, egg, KEEN’S mustard powder, salt, garlic powder, allspice and paprika into a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat oil in a medium sized fry pan on a medium heat and cook patties for 5-6 minutes each side.
  4. Serving suggestion: Serve the patties with a crisp garden salad and tomato chutney.
