Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Rub ribs with KEEN’S mustard powder, chilli flakes, garlic powder and oregano leaves.
  2. Place ribs on a baking tray, covered, and put in oven for 1 hour 45 minutes. Remove from oven and baste with half the molasses. Cook for another 15 minutes.
  3. Remove ribs from the oven and pour over the remaining molasses and serve.
Recipe Tip

For an extra kick, add another tablespoon of KEEN’S mustard and another teaspoon of McCormick Chilli Flakes to the rub.
