Pizza with sausage, cherry tomatoes and mustard

Ingredients
  • Pizza
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large pizza bases
  • 1 cup rocket
  • Mustard Mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp KEEN'S Mustard Powder
  • 1 tbsp water
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Spread the pasta sauce over the pizza bases.
  3. Top with the sausage pieces, cherry tomatoes and sprinkle over the mozzarella.
  4. Place into the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. In a bowl mix together the KEEN’S mustard mayonnaise ingredients.
  6. Scatter the rocket over the pizza and top with dollops of the mayonnaise.

Serving suggestion: Serve with any extra mayonnaise.
