- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 500 g large green prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 1/2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp McCormick® Parsley Flakes
- Heat oil in large frypan on medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant, stirring regularly (do not brown).
- Add prawns and OLD BAY to pan and stir. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until prawns turn pink. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
- Serve over cooked pasta or rice, if desired.
