Cook French fries as per packet instructions in oven or air fryer.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Brown sausages for 2-3 minutes, or until almost cooked. Remove and slice into small rounds. Return sausages to pan and add the Keen's meal base, stirring through until just boiling. Reduce heat to a low simmer and cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until sausages are cooked through.
In a small bowl, add yoghurt, garlic, water and salt. Mix until well combined and slightly runny. Set aside.
Once fries are cooked, top with curried sausages and sauce, followed by cheese. Place back in either the oven or air fryer for another 3-5 minutes, or until cheese has melted and browned.
To serve, drizzle with yoghurt sauce and sprinkle with spring onion.
